This space will be updated regularly with conference news. In the short term, we will be opening up both registration and allowing for the online submission of proposals <
is now available on this site. as of October 4th. So stay tuned!
The Who Will be Attending page confuses me in that it sounds like you are only inviting 6 member teams from each VA school to attend this event. Or is it open to anyone, but you are just specially inviting this one group in some way? Thanks Rick Reo
Rick,
What we are aiming for is schools to send 6 member teams, but also enable anyone who wants to go beyond that. Either people not in that 6 person cadre, or individuals from other schools or schools that aren’t sending a group. We are trying to leave as much possibility for as many people to come as possible. Make sense?
When will individuals be notified if they are able to attend? Several have registered, but received no confirmation.
Everyone who was able to register can attend. We are sending out an email to registrants this Friday, sorry for the delay!
Good Morning, we registered to attend this conference, however, have not received any confirmation as of today (02/28/13) We have a total of 6 that registered. Please advise and thank you.
Shelly,
I have you all registered and sent out a confirmation email last Friday, did no one amongst you get it? If not, I will send again to each of you.
Best,
Jim
